Personal Anecdote: My Quick Wins

Skincare isn’t only about serums and creams—it’s also about rituals that make you feel good. Here are a few of my favorite “quick wins” that give me an instant glow boost:

LED Mask

The gentle steam helps open up pores, loosen impurities, and preps your skin to better absorb serums and treatments. Plus, it feels absolutely heavenly on dry winter days. If you struggle with enlarged pores, adding face steaming into your routine can make a big difference.

High-Frequency Treatment

High-frequency therapy is a med-spa favorite—but the good news is, you can now do it at home without the hefty price tag. This treatment works by using a mild electrical current to boost circulation, oxygenate the skin, and stimulate cell renewal.
